Complimentary standard delivery is available to metropolitan locations Australia-wide for rugs purchased online from our Curated Rugs Collection. Estimated lead time is approximately 5 weeks, subject to availability and finishing requirements.

For clients requiring a more complete service, white glove delivery and installation can be arranged in metropolitan areas. This may include scheduled delivery, placement of the rug within the nominated room, positioning and removal of packaging. Availability and pricing are confirmed prior to delivery and may vary depending on rug size and site access.

Deliveries outside metropolitan areas may incur an additional freight charge based on destination, rug size and weight.

Regional and remote transit times may be longer, and additional handling or access requirements may affect the final delivery cost.

Delivery for custom and made-to-order rugs is quoted individually according to the finished size, weight and destination.

Metropolitan white glove delivery and installation can also be arranged for custom rugs where required. Production lead time and delivery time are considered separately.

Delivery of custom wall-to-wall carpet is arranged on a project basis and quoted according to volume, destination, site access and installation requirements.

Where required, our team can coordinate delivery with installers, builders or other project representatives to suit the project programme.

Custom products may travel by sea or air freight, depending on the product, project programme and budget. Sea freight generally offers the most economical option, while air freight may be available where a project requires a faster delivery timeframe.

If your deadline is approaching, please speak with your Wautier consultant as early as possible. Where production status, rug or carpet size and destination allow, we can investigate expedited air freight options and provide any associated costs prior to proceeding.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, public holidays, weather or access conditions.

Please advise us of stairs, lifts, restricted access, loading requirements or other special delivery conditions before dispatch, as additional charges may apply.
