THE EVOCATIVE NEW COLLECTION
A quiet interplay of light and touch, shifting between depth and reflection. The Evoke Collection brings together a number of refined constructions, each offering its own expression of sheen—from softly muted to polished luminosity—across over 200 considered colour ways. Balancing resilience with sensorial elegance, the collection’s shimmering surfaces are equally suited to expansive wall-to-wall applications or bespoke rugs within refined, high-performance interiors.
BEAUTY + PERFORMANCE IN TANDEM
Evoke is brought to life by two sister companies, Netherlands heritage manufacturers Van Besouw + Jabo.
To celebrate this we have two residential projects demonstrate the versatility of Evoke constructions, where materiality becomes integral to the spatial narrative.
In a private villa by Dutch Home Design, 2606-040 and 2612-480 are used to quietly articulate each zone. Subtle shifts in texture and sheen define living areas without disruption, creating cohesion through a layered, tactile language that responds to light and movement throughout the day.
High above the skyline, within The Valley, RA. Studio takes a more expressive approach. In the bedrooms, 2605-260, rendered in a deep red tone, is extended wall-to-wall, delivering softness underfoot while maintaining continuity in tone and quality. Captured by Tom Bremer and Jurrit van der Waal, these projects highlight how a single construction can shift effortlessly between statement and subtlety—adapting across applications while retaining a consistent standard of performance and refinement.

CUSTOM RUGS
The chosen rug, the designed shape and the carefully selected edging. All elements converge at the Van Besouw + Jabo Rug Atelier.
All rugs are cut by computer. A cutting plan is drawn up for each rug and the carpet is cut from the roll in a dimensionally stable manner. This minimises cutting loss and ensures an efficient process.
